We have completed phase 1 of our ground work and phase 2 is scheduled for February 2025. We have permits prepared with the City of Spanish Fork, the project is approved, and we have partnered with Patey Aviation for funding to ensure the success of the project.
We anticipate delivering hangars starting in August of 2025

No, there is no monthly HOA fee associated with these hangars.

There will be a shared bathroom on the south east side of the lot for hangar owner use. Hangars size 42x40 and up will be stubbed for bathrooms and can be added upon request. Some 42x35s will have the option to add a bathroom depending on unit number.
You can pay cash or choose to finance your hangar. Ask us about our preferred lender.
