No, there is no monthly HOA fee associated with these hangars.

The land is leased at a rate of $00.42 per square foot for the year. You can click here to view the lease template directly from the airport.  Please watch the videos below to learn how the Spanish Fork Airport ground lease is one of a kind and hangar owner friendly.

There will be a shared bathroom on the south east side of the lot for hangar owner use. Hangars size 42x40 and up will be stubbed for bathrooms and can be added upon request.

You can pay cash or choose to finance your hangar. Ask us about our preferred lender.
